· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of March 2025 is 125,761 down by 908 or 0% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 30,889,897, a decrease of -0.4% from the previous year.

Ridership is still approximately 33 percent lower than pre-pandemic level.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 71% for the month of March 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 35 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while one (1) route, Route 151 had an on-time performance of less than 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for March was 610,930 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 13,678 miles for the month.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the March sign-up and will remain in effect until the June sign-up.

- Route 41, restructured

o Span of service: 5:00 a.m. – 10:15 p.m.

- Route 44, restructured

o Span of service: 4:30 a.m. – 12:45 a.m.

- Route 47, new route

o Span of service: 4:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

- Route 415, restructured

o Span of service: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

- Route 416, restructured

o Span of service: 4:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
